Admission

There shall be written test followed by an interview for admission to any class except for the Nursery Class. Selection of

candidate will be strictly on merit and subject to the availability of seats.

The decision of the school authorities regarding registration and admission will be final. There will be no specific syllabus for the Entrance Examination. But test will be conducted according to our school standard, based on knowledge of the previous class as recommended by the ICSE.

The minimum age of the candidates for admission to the Nursery class is 2 years 10 months and the maximum age is 3 years 10 months on 1' March. APPLY for ADMISSION

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

1. The Academic year begin from March and ends in February every year.

2. All those who seek admission should register their names and should undergo an entrance test and the decision of the principal is final.

3. Students are usually admitted only at the beginning of the school year. Those students who join the school at any time of a current academic year will have to pay the complete fee of that academic year even if they join late.

4. It is essential that an authentic Date of Birth Certificate from the Municipality and Aadhaar Card of the Candidate be produced at the time of admission. Those who seek admission to classes other than Nursery Section will have to bring the Bonafide Certificate from the school last attended.

5. Date of birth as shown in the Birth Certificate once registered will not be altered in any instance. Production of any forged documents in obtaining admission will result in the disqualification and dismissal of the candidate in later stage.

6 An attested copy of the most recent results available from the present/previous school, if any, should be submitted along with the application form duly completed. Copies of certificate, reports etc. submitted, are not returnable.

7. Parents/Guardians are asked to fill the admission form with utmost possible accuracy. No subsequent changes will be permitted thereafter for any reason whatsoever.

8. The admission procedure will be completed only after submitting the necessary documents and depositing due fees. Failing to do so will result in the cancellation of admission within 3 days and the seat will be allotted to the next child in the waiting list.

9. Fee once remitted will not be refundable.

WITHDRAWAL AND DISMISSAL

1. Students can be withdrawn or removed from school as under.
By the school authorities on anyone of the following grounds:
i. Constant weakness in studies.
ii. Irregularity in attendance.
iii. Behaviour problem.
iv. Non-payment of the fees or chronic irregularity in payment.
v. Moral breach considered serious by the school committee.
vi. Those who create any problem for the proper running of the school.
vii. Disobedience to the school rules and regulation.

2. No school leaving certificate will be issued without a written application from the parent/guardian after the payment of all dues to the school.

3. Students who are dismissed from the school will not be readmitted

4. Irregular attendance, Habitual idleness, disobedience, bad conduct or sickness that are contagious or injurious to the health of the other, justify dismissal.

5. The Principal's decision shall be final in all cases of dismissal or withdrawal.

6. A child who uses unfair means or receives or gives assistance in any form during tests will be given zero in the subject and repetition of the same fault will result in dismissal of the student from the school.
